Gino Hollander "Caballo"
Gino Hollander is a prolific abstract impressionist painter. His first studio and gallery was in Greenwich Village, NYC in 1960. From there he toured and painted all over Europe before calling Aspen home. Now at age 90 he has a galleries in Santa Fe, New Mexico and Ojai, California. To Gino horses represent freedom. This acrylic and oil on canvas was painted in 2012. His paintings are owned by private and estate collections such as Oscar de la Renta, Isaac Stern and HRH Sofia of Spain. Institutions that own his work include: White Museum, Mt. Sinai Hospital and Hotel St. Regis, NYC. Painting is stretched for framing and measures 20" tall by 30" wide.
