What is new?!
This year’s event at the Denver Art Museum will be an unforgettable evening of art, entertainment, and community. This event will offer a dynamic and social atmosphere with a variety of seating options, including lounge seating, cocktail tables, and café tables. Sponsorship-level guests will have designated tables, while theater-style seating will be available for all other attendees during the program and auction.
Enjoy passed hors d’oeuvres during the cocktail hour from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., followed by a selection of small plate food stations offering a variety of delicious options for a full meal.
The evening will feature several interactive experiences, including a live artist creating a piece that will be auctioned off, a bouquet-making station where you can craft and take home your own floral arrangement, and a giant collaborative color-by-numbers mural.
Cancellation Policy
Table or ticket cancellations must be received in writing by April 11 to qualify for a refund. If unforeseen circumstances necessitate a cancellation after April 11, contact jteitell@denveracademy.org for your options.
Dress Code
Embrace the beauty of nature with Botanical Chic attire—think elegant, garden-inspired fashion with a touch of sophistication. Some sponsorship levels will receive assigned seating, while all other attendees will have access to lounge seating, cocktail tables, and café tables. You can expect to be on your feet at various points throughout the evening, so we recommend choosing stylish yet comfortable footwear.
Guest Information
Your guests' names, contact information, and special accommodations should be provided to Denver Academy by April 4. A Guest Form can be downloaded here and returned via mail, email, or fax. If there are any changes to your guest list, please email jteitell@denveracademy.org.
Hotel
A limited number of discounted rooms at the Art Hotel, two blocks away from the venue, have been set aside for the night of the event. Click here to make a reservation.
Item Pickup
Items will not be distributed at the live event. Instead, item pick-up will occur on Thursday, May1, between 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. at the Denver Academy Administration Building.
Dietary Restrictions
In addition to passed hors d’oeuvres, a variety of food stations will be available throughout the evening, each offering delicious options to accommodate dietary needs.
Parking and Venue Information
We are delighted to welcome you to this year’s event at the Denver Art Museum, set in the stunning Sturm Grand Pavilion on Level 2 of the Sie Welcome Center in the Martin Building.
📍 Location: 100 W. 14th Avenue Parkway
🔹 Please enter through the Martin Building.
🔹 Accessibility-friendly drop-off is available on 13th Avenue, between Broadway and Bannock Streets.
A coat check will be available upon arrival for your convenience.
Downtown Denver is bustling, and construction is common, so please allow extra time for travel and parking.
- Street and metered parking are available within walking distance.
- Garage parking is available at the Cultural Center Complex Garage (12th Avenue & Broadway), open from 5 AM - 11 PM.
- To make your evening effortless, we recommend using a ride-share service like Lyft or Uber.
Receipts
Event receipts will be emailed the week following the event summarizing your auction and admissions purchases. Be advised that appropriate sales taxes will be added to applicable items. Please direct questions about receipts to Lori Hill at lhill@denveracademy.org.
Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items are non-refundable. There will be no exchanges on items except where specified. Please note specifications, expiration dates and limitations carefully before bidding on an item. Items not used will not be refunded.
